ACDC - Sin City (Midnight Special 1978)

Checking for Matches…

Finding the love in ACDC

If I had to write a list of my top one hundred bands,

I doubt AC/DC would even occur to me.

Not that I totally dislike them, but

it’s the singer... both of ‘em.

Listening to the vocals of this band is

like hearing nails run down a chalkboard.

And in this particular Midnight Special clip,

it’s not just the vocals that bother me,

but ladies,

just look at the tightness of Bon Scott’s pants!

I know its 1978, but . . .

Ugh!

Men should never wear pants that tight.

Perhaps this is why Scott sings the way he does.

If I was told he was the last man on earth,

I’d become a nun.

Angus Young on the other hand,

the school boy guitarist who was born

this month back in 1955,

is what makes AC/DC worthwhile.

And dressed like that,

I could easily take Angus home...

and teach him a thing or six.
